Purrfect Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping rates 

We use Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): The cost depends on number of items and will be calculated at check-out. Fo orders exceeding SEK 1000 shipping is free! 

3. International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notice: If ordering from outside of the EU your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Purrfect is not responsible for these charges. 

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@purrfectperfection.com with your name and order number. If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
