Refund policy
Purrfect is a print on demand store which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.
If you live in the European Union there is a 14 day cooling off period:
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us and we will help you with the process.
Outside of the EU:
Purrfect is a print on demand store which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind (Exception for the European Union, please see below).
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please take a picture of the faulty product and send it together with your order number to contact@purrfectperfection.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
